During a 4 year tenure I worked across multiple areas within the Harcourts International brand spanning 9 countries. My primary responsibilities encompassed events, communication, franchise and agent branding. By dedicating myself to Harcourts events, I significantly contributed to the brand’s emphasis on fostering learning opportunities, facilitating networking, and commemorating achievements.
I played a pivotal role in the Harcourts Brand Refresh initiative. This involved developing a refined brand positioning and revamping all brand assets across both print and digital platforms. Additionally, as an extension of the Brand Refresh, I spearheaded the creation of a global campaign with a targeted focus on recruitment and prospecting. The campaign entailed the development of over 600 supplementary assets. Through these efforts, I provided the Harcourts network with contemporary, vibrant, and impactful collateral that maintained a consistent and professional aesthetic, ultimately aiding agents in their pursuit of success.
